Yeah, but then I have to buy studded tires for my home and I run the risk of getting my home stuck in a ditch...meh.
Congratulations! I remember when my folks did that, back in about 1980. Then they sold the place and bought a bigger, more expensive place. All their friends thought they were crazy, but they made money.
