let's support the "minorities"

Received this in an email....

We need to show more sympathy for these people.
* They travel miles in the heat.
* They risk their lives crossing a border.
* They don't get paid enough wages.
* They do jobs that others won't do or are afraid to do.
* They live in crowded conditions among a people who speak a different language.
* They rarely see their families, and they face adversity all day every day.

I'm not talking about illegal Mexicans; I'm talking about our troops!

Doesn't it seem strange that many Democrats and Republicans are willing to lavish all kinds of social benefits on illegals, but don't support our troops and are now threatening to defund them?
Pass it on!

Does it sound strange? No.

Does it sound typical? Yes, unfortunately.

Politics as usual---both in TRUTH, and in LIES.

I still, to this day, never cease to be amazed at how many people---of whatever race, religion, creed, background, or gender---still "swallow" the sour vomit of political speeches, and/or the promises, promises, promises!!!

We never learn, do we? But then again, why should we? I mean, after all---they all say that "they need OUR support", and "we will do what's best for YOU!" Because, remember---we ARE incapable of knowing ourselves, what is best for OUR future, according to THEM...

(Whew!!! That new, improved ex-lax really DOES bring "fast, effective relief...!)

Good one, Goddess, thanks! I enjoyed Bruno's 'fast, effective relief' rant dump. too.
