i can't get enough of you, baby

I was reading an article on the internet about Paris Hilton and Mika Brzezinski and how the news people think they don't need to talk about Paris during the news. AP tried a voluntary ban on Paris Hilton news earlier this year, but the minute the jail story broke, all bets were off. The problem is NOT Paris Hilton. The problem is our obsession with celebrity. We don't need to hear about Britney Spears or Lindsey Lohan or Lionel Richie's brat on the news either, but every time they do something stupid, there they are. These news shows need to start differentiating between Hollywood news and REAL news, and take the celebrity garbage out of the top news stories. The truth is the news industry KNOWS talking about these idiots is what brings in the ratings. Larry King's viewers TRIPLED when he had Paris on.

I was reading a "Help Wanted" ad in the paper, and as I got to the end of it, I noticed this, "Only honest people need apply."
After seeing that, I'm sure lots of dishonest people in the region were going, "DAMN! And I really wanted that job...."

Clever of AVN to get Kathy Griffin to host their gay porn awards. They get free publicity on her Bravo show.
Funniest line from the awards show came from a guy who said, "As far as I am concerned, everyone of you in the gay porn industry is doing God's work." So the next time a missionary tells me they're off to do God's work, I'm going to say, "Be sure to pack plenty of lube! God's work can be rather painful without it. "

I can't stand that ding dong, and I don't understand why others are enthralled about her. She's just trailer park trash that thinks she is something special.

I can't figure out her draw either, BBC. She's never really done anything with her life, and for all the bullshit she shoveled at Larry King about giving up the partying and "helping others," the press have shown her out partying all over again. Helping others...what a joke. I'm guessing she lost Jebus about five minutes after she was released.
