I thought this was hilarious. Stephen Colbert was discussing Kansas Gub'ner Kathleen Sebelius' allegation that her state couldn't get help with disaster clean-up because much of the equipment needed by the National Guard was in Iraq. The White House press secretary, Tony Snow, said that wasn't true. He said Sebelius didn't "request aid" so it wasn't sent.
Stephen then went on to show us the proper way for a gub'ner to request aid for their state:
